Return and Refund
We hope that you love your pajamas, but in the event that they need to be returned or exchanged it will be easy to send them back.
RETURN POLICY: You may return or exchange clothing within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered. We are happy to offer a full refund for items purchased. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and a refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.
REFUND PROCESS: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order, including gift cards if applicable. Upon receipt of the returned item in our warehouse, a refund will be initiated. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank/credit card company processing times.
DOMESTIC RETURNS: We are able to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns and exchanges within the United States. To access a prepaid label, please visit our Returns Portal at https://elizabethcotton.loopreturns.com
